"I really listen to what a client is saying and know what to ask," says Pauline. "I guess that just comes from experience and bit of initiative! Often a client is not sure what they want or how they want to achieve a sale or purchase so they are relying on me to find solutions."

Juline Grassam
Juline has a professionalism, energy and drive that clients immediately pick up on.
Her aim is to make each clients experience positive and "stress-free" which is why so many clients keep coming back and also recommend her to friends and family.
"That gives me a great deal of satisfaction, personally and professionally," she says. "When clients return and what's more, recommend me to others, you can't get a better endorsement than that!" Juline has lived in Christchurch all her life. She knows the city well and she understands Christchurch's unique appeal. For clients buying, she appreciates the importance of school zones and what those zones are, the shopping, recreational and transport facilities people factor into their property decisions. For those selling, she also knows how to best present a property, what the market is doing in particular areas and how to negotiate the best outcome for the seller.

Paul Biddington
Paul is new to the Grassam team and is relishing the opportunity to work with clients in his old "stomping ground".
Knowledge is a key part of the effectiveness of a real estate consultant and as Paul knows this area very well indeed, he is extremely effective in achieving positive outcomes for his clients.
Paul has worked successfully in the Real Estate industry since 1979 and has particular expertise in residential, rural, small holdings and property management. He has a Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Dispute Resolution) from Massey University. He has been an Associate of the Arbitrators & Mediators Institute since 2001 and has been an Associate of the Real Estate Institute since 1979.
With a very calm, reassuring manner, Paul is a focused achiever. Clients are impressed by the way he stays in contact regularly with them, making sure they know what is happening at every stage of the process — whether it's a sale, a purchase, or an inquiry — Paul will make sure you are "in the loop".
He is also very civic minded being a Rotarian and past President of the Rotary Club of Belfast. He has held a number of directorships and has been an Assistant District Governor. Paul is currently Vice Chairperson of the North Canterbury Alpine Trust, serves the community as a Justice of the Peace and is a member of the Canterbury Justices of the Peace Association of NZ.
Fay Leonard

Fay has lived in Kaiapoi for 24 years and has been in the real estate industry for 14 years. Fay is an active member of Kaiapoi Women’s Institute. She is current President of the North Canterbury Federation of Women’s Institutes. She is also a member of Belfast Toastmasters Club, and she achieved her Distinguished Toastmaster award in 2010. Fay currently holds the position of Immediate Past Division G Governor, an officer role within the Toastmasters organization.
